近日，四川高达科技有限公司与广西天等县和创环保科技有限公司（以下简称：和创环保）正式签约新型干法水泥生产线dcs、余热发电dcs、低压变频软启控制系统、直流传动系统、实时数据手机推送系统。

项目背景
项目位于天等镇大隆村广西东泥天等水泥有限公司厂区内，本项目采用先进成熟的炉排炉焚烧技术，结合天等东泥水泥厂新型干法预分解生产中的高温煅烧工艺，处理本县和大新县城乡生活垃圾。本项目总投资6.5亿元，项目拟建设日处理200吨城乡生活垃圾处理系统，9mw纯低温余热发电，年处理总量6.4万吨。采用新型干法旋窑预分解技术生产工艺，建设规模为年产熟料155万吨，年产p.042.5水泥190万吨。
about the project
the project is located in guangxi tiandeng cement co., ltd. in dalong village, tiandeng town. the advanced and mature grate furnace incineration technology is adopted in the project, combined with the high-temperature calcination process in the new dry precalcining production of tiandeng cement plant, tiandeng county and daxin county domestic garbage are treated. the total investment of the project is 650 million yuan. the project plans to build a 200 ton per day urban and rural domestic waste treatment system, 9mw pure low-temperature waste heat power generation, with an annual total treatment capacity of 64000 tons. the new dry process rotary kiln precalcining technology is adopted, with an annual capacity of 1.55 million tons of clinker and 1.9 million tons of p.042.5 cement.
